Accounting, Infrastructure and Overseas Office Financial Administration Services

We offer the following accounting and financial service offering based on extensive finance and administration experience for international companies, at both, the corporate and foreign subsidiary operating levels and Internal Audit Management positions for Petroleum, Financial Services and Consulting organizations.

Accounting & Finance Services

• Define a host country's regulatory, statutory, and tax requirements
• Interface with governmental authorities
• Establish financial, contractual, and project management systems and processes in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
• Provide critical commercial, financial, tax, operational, and accounting input into negotiation, execution, and compliance with Joint Venture Agreements, Joint Operating Agreements, Concession Agreements, Consortium
• Develop financial plans and annual work programs and budgets; design project cost control systems; develop business unit metrics, internal performance, and financial reporting systems; and perform critical variance analysis to assist and enhance management decisions

Business Infrastructure Startup

• Provide comprehensive, integrated country entry services, and establish the desired in-country presence
• Acquire and equip office space; source, hire, and train national employees; establish banking facilities; arrange and coordinate all in country expatriate needs (e.g., work permits, housing, schools, medical, and security), establish a fully functional operating office prior to arrival of technical staff
• Consult and assist materials and logistics staff in identifying and handling host country custom issues, designing and implementing equipment staging areas, establishing warehouse operations and inventory costing and control processes.

Remote Office Management

• Operate a limited or "representative" office for some period of time in a particular country in support of business development activities
• Provide startup and day-to-day office management services (e.g., handling personnel matters, office administration, policy interpretation, etc.) and accounting services without being permanently assigned to a location.

Special Assignments and Consulting Services

• Provide assistance with many types of specialized or unique needs including coordination and administration (from an Operator perspective) of Joint Venture Audits, Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, and Internal and External Audits, emergency procedure development, crisis management support, and due diligence work
• Perform short-term business support to existing Business Units in terms of temporary assignments or other ad-hoc special projects requiring an experienced international business analyst.
